These terms apply to the Freelance CRM private beta website and application. By joining the waitlist or using an invited account, you agree to them. Fuller terms may replace this page before general availability.
Private beta access
Access to the CRM is invite-only. Public self-serve signup is disabled. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a timeline, or any specific features.
Your account and data
If you receive an invitation, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the CRM data you enter. You must not attempt to access another user’s account or data. We may suspend or revoke beta access at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, abuse infrastructure (including spam or automated attacks on waitlist or auth endpoints), or interfere with other users. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
Service changes
The beta is provided “as is.” Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, support response times, or fitness for a particular purpose during beta.
